I have no clue what you are talking about, but all the honda and acura shifters are the same if that helps, they just have a different bend in the shaft.
Yes I do, a company in Australia is developing a sequential shifting device. It appears that it'll install at the clutch pedal and over the shift lever. Their website is rev-lite.com.
Ikeya has sequential shifters for high end jap cars, they're making applications for the civic already. But it isn't a dog box so you will still have to use the clutch when shifting.

gah expensive definately not worth the cost of slow or lazy shifting, if its a concern of not being able to shift fast enough, i'd probably say too much effort is going into shifting. I can used 2 fingers and my thumb (which isn't very steady i know) and shift into any gear quick enough so i don't have even put my foot on the gas to bring the rpms back up, so I know it can be done. If you are having troubles not being able to match speeds, just keep working at it, it'll come eventually. And I suppose if you're just looking for the sake of knowing that cool too.
the sequentil shifter and made to beable to shift faster they don't slow anytthing down at all
a sequential shifter has everything in the tranny shifting asat the same time so you won't grind grears or any of that ,
a sequential shifter is what you find in All motorcycles i don't think i have ever seen a motocycle change gears slow or grind
