Default Seized LCA Strut bushing/bolt how to remove ???

Ok i now have 99 si rear suspension. In doing so, the bolt that passes through the strut into the rear lower control arm has broken and seized, as well as the front 14mm toe adjustment bolt on the furthest forward portion of the trailing arm (slotted nut inside the chassis to adjust toe towards the furthest front of the trailing arm) has broken also inside the chassis.

I am planning on taking the rear seat out, and drilling an access hole from inside the cabin to the nut inside the chassis that is holding the broken bolt for the toe adjustment. Then replacing it with a new nut and so forth in the same fashion.

I am planning on taking the lower control arm off and pressing the old seized bolt and bushing out, and the new one i have here from the dealer in.

Are these the easiest methods to do these processes? If anyone has any tips, please enlighten me, ive tried heat and ole fashioned bashin it with a ****** hammer. and no luck.

Thanks for any help, and sorry to sound like a mongaloid, its just difficult to word.
