Default secondary 02 sensor removal

here's the deal... i'm runnin' a PR3 ecu on my 1st gen b16. i recently had a custom chip made that removed the speed limiter and secondary 02 sensor.

here's my problem... today, i threw a code 2... which is the secondary 02 sensor. i cut the wire running to the 2nd 02, and removed the sensor completely. the wire is still connected to the ecu and is just chillin' there. i'm thinkin' that the chip is faulty and doesn't remove the sensor. or, do i have to leave the 2nd 02 sensor connected for some reason?

thanks,
Hunter

I would think that if the ECU is programmed not to look for a 2nd O2 sensor, then it doesn't matter if its connected or not.

Bump for a guy who has no idea whats hes doing
