So i'm new to this forum but am going to do my best describing my problems.

I have 93 civic hatch with a OBD1 JDM B16A second gen motor with a S80 5 speed trans with a chipped P28 ECU, AEM CAI, 2.5" cat back with factory manifold. It idles at 1500 RPM cold or warm. It smells a little rich and a little water out of the tail pipe(its clear and has no smell so im assuming its water). I had a surging idle so i cleaned the FICV and turned the plastic valve all the way in and bolted it back up to the TB(now idles at 1500RPM cold or warm). My upper rad hose gets hot but the lower is cold and after running a whlie a little steam comes out the rad cap when i rev it(ill be changing the thermostat and flushing coolant next week). Also when its in neutral i can hear a little sound comming from the transmission(its not loud and you need to put your head right next to it to hear it). I have changed the water pump, timing belt, tensioner pulleys also. No oil in coolant or coolant in the oil, oh and my fan doesnt turn on.
