The rings will not seat any further. Have you performed a leakdown or a compression test???

If im not mistaken chrome rings are very hard and require a more aggressive crosshatch to help them seal compared to conventional iron rings...

Do a leakdown test and see if your rings are leaking...You MIGHT be able to get away with running a flex ball hone and re-ring it with regular iron rings...
Good Luck!!

yes that exactly what i was told and well i heard about it too late.. um im running 10w30 oil... i plan on doing a compression test but the thing is i dont know where my compression numbers should be at. i have arias 11.8:1 compression pistons... and well by turning the crank with a wrench i can tell im no where near where it should be.. i think the crank is little easier to turn than my old worn b18b.. thats kinda where im basing myself off of... so anybody heard of some stuff to put in your motor to help the rings seal???
