Default screaching noise when turning..what's the problem?

while driving my parent's CRV, i noticed that there was a screaching noise whenever i do a left u-turn. it sound similar to tires doing a burnout. could it be problems in the suspension? the front tires are quite new.

Or perhaps something is wrong with that side of one of the differentials, but I'd seriously doubt it. Check the axles, and see what you come up with.
