Default ScanGaugeII

Hey guys whats up, Just checking to see if anyone else has the ScanGaugeII

Its something Im picking up for christmas to help keep an eye on things under the hood.

Its a great tool for the small price of $159 Shipped.

Its for OBDII vehicles only, And shows many things.

For example....

I alrdy have a scan tool. But this is much nicer....

The ScanGaugeII allows you to troubleshoot your own car, read error codes, and the conditions present when the error occurred. You can also turn off the “Check Engine” light and avoid those costly trips to the mechanic.

Reads Trouble Codes
Reads conditions that set the Trouble Code
Clears Trouble Codes
Turns off the "Check Engine" light
Tells you when vehicle is "Ready" to pass OBDII testing
Make and store up to 10 rewritable special codes
to send to the vehicle computer

And Its a shatload of Gauges in one small unit....

Display 4 gauges at a time from the 12 built-in digital gauges. the information is presented in Real-time!

Fuel Economy
Fuel Rate
Battery Voltage
Coolant Temperature
Intake Air Temperature
Engine Speed (RPM)
Vehicle speed (MPH)
Manifold Pressure (not available on some vehicles)
Engine Load
Throttle Position
Ignition Timing
Open/Closed Loop

And for trips its great too.....
Automatically tracks four sets of trip data - Each with 11 individually stored parameters.

Maximum Speed
Average Speed
Maximum Coolant Temperature
Maximum RPM
Driving Time
Driving Distance
Fuel Used
Trip Fuel Economy
Distance to Empty
Time to Empty
Fuel to Empty

There is a plus however, The new versions have X-Gauge
Which is,
Vehicle Specific Gauges
Instantaneous HorsePower
Cost Per Mile/Cost Per Trip
Fuel Rate Out To 1/100th per Gal./Ltr.
And More...

For All OBD2 Vehicles the new version Shows HorsePower to the second....

Just wondering if anyone else has the scangaugeII.

I look forward to messing around with it,

Yeah im getting a bunch of toys for my car for christmas.

I cant wait to get this and start fooling around with it.
It will be on my Eclipse GSX 9awd turbo)
so I'll have my dash boost gauge, aftermarket and detailed boost #'s
thru this unit.

Along with alot of other info

The main reason I want this is,

It will replace a cluster expletive of gauges on my dash/piller

And is very small.

I'll end up getting a few to go along with my aftermarket mech. boost gauge I have now.
but this shows a **** load of info I want to know.

Anyone else have this unit?

BTW the new version you see here, Has X-gauge
Shows HorsePower In realtime

Looks pretty sweet, if it's all actually in real-time. That's quite a bargain for all that, heck, two gauges would cost the same as that unit Nice find.
