Default S300 issue regarding A/C

Hi guys, I don't post on here much but I am in the final stages of doing a custom B series A/C set up in my 91 CRX SiR and am having wiring issues. I used JMZ400 (hope I remembered his username right) write up along with a write up on CRX community to get me this far and I will do my own write up once this is finished. I will explain my problem below. All my testing is done with the low side pressure switch unplugged and jumped. I also unplug the compressor clutch signal wire and hook it up to a test light I keep on the windshield so I can see if the compressor clutch will have power or not.

When I got all my custom lines finished and was ready to hook up the compressor I realized that my compressor clutch wasn't getting a power signal, i ran through the trouble shooting in the FSM and everything checked out as far as fuses and relays back to the ECU. I am running an OBD1 P72 with a Hondata S300. I went into smanager and tried to dig around for AC settings and didn't find much other than the section under the "misc" tab which gives TPS and RPM parameters to cut AC. I also tried the test output and it worked. For some reason after messing with it it started to work so the compressor clutch got a power signal when I pressed the AC button, but the weird thing is the S300 would reconnect every time I pushed the AC button.

Fast forward to Friday when I tried getting the system filled. The compressor wouldn't turn off, whether the AC button was on or off the compressor would not disengage. I took it home and tried it with a borrowed stock ECU and it worked as it should, the clutch got power when the button on the dash was pressed and the pressure switch was jumped.

I tried the S300 again and it was constantly on, I then changed the cut off RPM to 800 and the power signal stopped, I put it up to 6000 and it stayed off. I then turned the AC on using the button on the dash and the light turned on, so its working as it should. But the problem is the S300 still cuts out. When I press the AC button on the dash I get a dialogue box that says "ECU connected" whenever I press the AC button. Does anyone know why this would happen or if there are any other AC settings in smanager. I tried searching the help file and i did a lot of google searching when i first discovered the ECU wasn't letting the clutch get power.
