Default s2000 engine balance??

right now i'm currently in the middle of putting in an act clutch and fidanza flywheel in my s2k and the problem is i started to unbolt the tranny from the top which i now know was a mistake. my dad works at honda and he said the best way to do it is to unbolt the driveshaft and everything from the bottom and let it tip down to get to the top of the tranny. i tried doin that but its too late now cause the bolt i started to loosen on the top is hitting the firewall so now i'm obligated to loosen the engine mounts and drop the engine until i can get to the top bolts of the tranny. after all this i was wondering if loosening the engine mounts will hurt the performance or longevity of the engine due to it being unbalanced and what not. thanks.
