Default ?'s about Cams, Cam Gears, and reliability in B16A3 engine...

I'm thinking that some cams along with some adjustable cam gears will be my next upgrade to my hybrid. All I have done to it now is CAI, Header, Exhaust, and pullies. I heard that CTR/ITR cams are he best bang for the buck, And I think I read that its good to have the CTR intake cam and ITR exhaust cam, but I may have that backards. If I did get this setup, would this be reliable and safe for the engine, or is it a must that I upgrade the valve springs, etc. Also, how much hp would these cams add, anyone have any dyno results? And What's a good price range for the cams, thanks
