Rusting Brakes help
I just put on GSR 5 spokes on my 95 civic ex coup that has 4wheel factory disc brakes. do i have worry about them rusting now? i noticed after i washed my car today, that the water on dried on the discs and turned brown. Is this normal? Thanks.
that's going to happen with stock rotors. the best thing to do is replace them with a slotted rotor...from Powerstop or KVR or something. they have them coated so they don't rust!

all rotors will rust eventually, I just washed my car today and about 25 minutes after i had finished the rotors alreally had a small coating of surface rust on them, Its normal. Just drive to the end of the block and stop once and the rust will be gone.
Is this normal?
and as a note, powerslot and kvr rotors are a waste of money if all you are looking for is a cosmetic upgrade for brake rotors. been there, done that. stick with stock rotors.
