Default Running rich and tps

ok, heres my list of mods,
b18b, pr3 pistons, shot peened rods, arp rod bolts and head studs, fidanza 9lbs flywheel, clutchmasters stage 3, everything all balanced along w/ all new berings, seals and gaskets, i also have crower dual valvesprings and titanum retainers, and crower 404s but i left them out till i pass emissions. i have about 1 mile on my motor so far.now my problem is that my idle is really rough, i did a compression test and all four is at 240. and my plugs are black as hell. also my tps sencor is not corectly on, the voltage from the wires arnt to stock specs. would the tps deal cause my motor to run really rich and my idle to be rough? im guessing its rough cause its rich and sometimes it dies too. well TIA

The TPS would definitely do that, but are you setting any codes? Stock injectors won't flood a motor like that unless something is very wrong. What does your fuel pressure look like? Is your MAP sensor hooked up? any vacuum leaks? is the timing belt on properly?

The B18A1 throttle body will bolt up to a B18B but is quite different. The B18B t/b has the map sensor mounted directly to the throttle body where the B18A has it on the firewall with a vacuum line attaching them.

Sounds like the TPS sensor is bad. By any possible chance, are you running a ported throttle body thats different that your original ?? I had the same problem. I bought a JG throttle body and the car ran hella rich, boggs, and idles irratically, put back my original throtte body, and it ran smooth. Its gotta be the TPS sensor. Also, make sure that TPS sensor is on correctly.
