Default running rich, possible causes

I just replaced my head gasket on my 92 Prelude Si, 2.3 H23A1. Now it is running extremely rich. I am getting no codes when I jump the diagnostic connector. Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks,
Esuorps

TW sensor, cam timing, junk ignition parts, TPS, MAP, IAT, O2, bad grounds, the list goes on and on.

I suspect cam timing. When I install the timing belt I can never get the cam gears to line up completely straight. I mean I can line the cams using the alignment holes but as soon as the slack is taken out of the belt the intake cam ends up being retarded about a half a tooth. What's the deal with that? Is this normal?

Thanks again

Those can be a real bitch to line up- there are holes in the cams near the sprockets to help you hold them in place- usually you end up being off a tooth at the crank- I find that those office style paper clips or binder clips help to hold the belt on the sprockets during assembly- I clip the belt on the sprockets and pull it taught with two 12mm wrenches on the cam sprocket bolts then install it on the crank sprocket.
