Default Running Rich, need help

I rebuilt my engine, had it sleeved and bored to a 2.0l and forged rods and pistons. Regardless, now the car runs really rich and it falls on it's face when ever you rev it. I had 450's in it and I took them out and put the stock ones in. Still rich. I do have uberdata, but I have it set to stock and my friend tried the ecu on his car and it worked fine. This is a b18b, and no codes are thrown. I have also switched the fpr and the map sensor and nothing changed. Any input would be appreciated.

Dyno Tune it. or wide band tune it. It's all you can do. Are you chipped? Which one? Try configuring a stock bin to run 240's with 2.0l engine. Then go from there.

It won't run right with everything stock. It should be running a little lean with a stock ls ecu. Could the throttle position sensor mess this up if it's bad. Maybe it's reading it's at full throttle.
