Default Running rich because of missing o2?

Since I put my turbo on I have been running WAY rich. I was wondering if having no secondary O2 sensor could cause or worsen this condition. I've just been too lazy to do anything about that second one..

Well is your check engine light on?? O2 sensors can put your car is a "Safe" mode which can cause your engine to run richer then normal.
