Default running on 2 cylinders - need help

eg w/ jdm h22a with a p13.

-getting spark from wires.

-got new spark plugs

-fuel injectors are good

-getting fuel (when i pull plugs they're wet)

-compression = all above 220

-Timing = cam gears, flywheel, and crank lines up at TDC

... and its running on cylinders #1 & #4 only. How do i know this? because i accidently touched the header and it wasnt hot. 1 & 4 is hot and 2 & 3 isnt.

btw i posted in prelude, civic, and hybrid forum and no one knows what the problem is.

If you have compression, fuel and spark as you say, not much else can cause that to happen but the timing of the spark delivery.

1..3..4..2 going counterclockwise
If only 2 cylinders are firing, the engine must just barely run
