run hard, car shuts off

run hard, car shuts off
my car will just die after running it hard going into boost. i can restart it and itll be fine. what would cause it to do this? the ecu?
its a 92 civic hb with d167y.. turbo setup with safc2... im running the auto ecu because i did the manual swap and forgot to take the manual ecu from doner car.
