Default Rubbing of the wheels sucks!!

Hey whats up guys. I just recently installed Tokico HP (Blues) on my '00 Civic Si because with the stock shocks, my tires rubbed alot when I make turns or go over dips diagonally. BTW, I have H&R Sport Springs. Well, after installing the Tokico HPs, which were brand new, I took it for a ride. Even now, when I go over dips or driveways diagonally, I could still hear the rubbing. The ride is very nice and comfy though. One of the reason might be my tire size which is 205/50/15. Please help me!! The sound really bugs.
