Default RT4WD EF Conversion (axles question)

Im in the process of helping my buddy out converting an EF Hatch to RT4WD off an EF Wagon...

On the wagon and most cars with cv axles, the axles come straight out of the diff to the hub. But for what we are doing its going to be offset a few inches...

Question:
Will the cv axle be ok being offset a few inches? (the hole out of the diff will not be exactly lined up with the hub)
