can i use ctr pistons in a gsr block with b16 head

yeh, alil bit higher compression, just make sure when u install it and u have after market cam gears, set everything to 0-0 first and make sure timings dead on, then from there start adjusting things

just set the timing on the belt to 16 degrees with the timing light, with ctr type pistons u dont want to advance it too much esp with big lobe cams like skunk2s ect. what i meant was have the cam gear set to stock if its aftermarket and then set the timing to normal 16 degrees or so and adjust it little by little. i use to have ctr in a LS with GSR head and skunk2 stage 3s and the head was milled down alot so there wasnt much room for adjustment on the aftermarket camgears, i didnt advance the timing that much but just make sure ur timing doesnt slip
