Icon6 ctr cam ignition timing

whats up guys here's my dilemma i have a turbo build b series

b16 head, brian crower springs, retainers,ferrara flat valves standard size
ctr cams with skunk 2 cam gears
gsr block , JE low compression pistons , eagle rods big bolt style
ect......
hondata tuned s300
car made good power after tune my question is my distributor is advanced all the way back no more adjustment can be made when i check timing with engine off all marks line up perfect, with engine on ignition timing is at 16* were i had it tuned at witch is perfect how can i get the distributor to be in the middle so i can adjust if i had to retard or advance the ignition timing ? (note i didn't use a dial indicator to see overlap on the cams when i did the timing)

why not just change the timing in your maps?
