Default rpm problems...HELP!!

i have a 96 cx and at idle or low rpm..the car flucuates...and sometimes turns off..the guy i checked with said something about a E.L.M. (electric load management...could this be the problem or is there another solutions...

The first and easiest thing you could do, and this will actually have great benifits, get a grounding kit. Sometimes idle will fluctuate cuz the head's not grounded well enough.

make sure there isnt a vacum look. Then you can look into the tps sensor, idle air control valve and cold start under the TB are all reasons for a poor idle.
