Default RPM issue

i know this is a Honda based forum, but i can't get any answers else where, please help me out:

i owe 2007 suzuki Forenza with 45,000miles, i just bout it few months ago. i recently notice a unknown problem, and if some on can identify what could be this problem and if it will be covered by MFG 7 year warranty power train warranty, 36,00 mile warranty is not valid anymore since i have 45,000miles on the car.. . .

I'm not car tech, but arrow pointed in picture below, i think this its the rpm that I'm pointing at. basically as soon as i reach between 35-40MPH the RPM jumps up to 6 or 7 and then comes back down while making a loud "H-OOOO" noice. I'm not putting my feet on acceleration piddle any harder then i was when its on 35MPH. it happens randomly and is very scary while you are trying to driver. its been happening fro a week now and today i decided to stop driving the car until i can figure out whats going on.

thank you

It's definately a transmission issue (which includes computerized transmission control problems). Spend some time searching google for known auto transmission problems with your car. It may be fairly common with a simple solution. Make sure your little LCD readout doesn't show any info when the problem occurs.
