Default rpm gauge

does anyone have a manual or any pictures on how to instal this rpm gauge?

All it is is hooking up three wires (four, mayby five if you've got a backlit guage).

The guage didn't come with any instructions? You'll need to know what to hook the ground, power, and rpm to for the RPM part to work. If its backlit you'll need two wires, one goign to the dash lights and one going to a ground.

The RPM wire for most civics going into the cluster si the blue wire on the green clip.

WIRE COLORS, AutoMeter's guide (vehicle specific) and finally Autometer's Instruction sheet (.PDF download).


Like said above, the blue tach wire can be found on the factory gauge wiring so you don't have to go thru the fire wall (you can get almost all the connections needed for the gauge off the back of the factory gauges).
