Default RPM Bounce/Drop

Car:Ls/vtec
head:
crower stage 2 cams
tit springs
Block:
Eagle rods
srp pistons comp 11:1
Engine has no leaks and has been balance
Other mods:
JDM intake manifold
AEM cold air intake
Custom exhaust

What is happening with the engine is this: I have an LS/vtec. I will bring the rpms to either 2200 or 3000 and then the car will drop back to idle, If i keep pushing the gas then the car will jump back up past 3000 and it will run fine. I have only noticed this in 1st gear.
Please help me. Thank you.
