Default Rough IDLE ITR cams in a B16...........

i have a B16a2 with a skunk 2, manifold Itr header, itr cams, aem cam gears adjusted +2 intake and -2 exhaust. the idle on my car is a bit rough. and when i took off my piping to run straight header it sounds like it has some big cams in there. is this normal?? maybe cause the cams have been adjusted? just wanna know before i go run at the track.

is it possible that since the cam gears are adjusted with ITR cams on stock valve train that the idle will change?
