Default Rocker Arm Help PLS!!!

I'm getting ready to drop in my new skunk2 cams and as i'm taking the valve cover off I notice some scoring on the lobe of the cam. Well as i get further into it I see that the rocker arm has some scoring on it also. You can actually feel it on the cams and a little bit on the rocher arm. Can anyone tell me what caused that and what I should do now??? Please respond soon I'm in process waiting on a green or red light to continue new cam installation. Thanks!!!!

1)did your oil pump ever break? that happens when there isnt enough oil to the head. 2)Or maybe you put the cam caps on wrong and the oil wasnt flowing right.3) Or maybe it has a ton of miles on it and its normal wear.
most likely 1 or 2

IF you have aftermarket valve springs, your seat pressue might be to high...causing way to much pressure on the rocker when the cams open up the valve.
If you have stock valve springs, you might of adjusted your valve clearance to tight causing it to over heat and score.

Yes, it will screw up the new cams. Probably standard wear, I see it all the time.

Dont reuse scored or heavily worn rockers. They may chew up your new cam.
