Is this the right ECU?

I have a stock 94 civic CX. I put in a P06-A02 ecu and it is now running like crap. Was this the wrong one? It feels extra sluggish and idles bad. Oil light even flashes every once and awhile. It can barely get up to 80 and just has no power.

If it's truly a stock CX you would us a P05.
