LS blocks dont have an oil line running into the block that gsr's and type r's have so that is why reving SAFELY is limited... for example when ppl build LS/VTEC an extra oil line is put in.

??? no, the extra oil line added is for vtec, not to rev higher

honda cranks are overkill. get some good rods and a girdle and you will be set.

Do NOT forget ARP rod bolts. I wouldnt even worry about upraged rods unless your going higher than 7,600 or so, or your doing forced induction. Otherwise, just have then shotpeened and balanced (cheap!)
