Default Revco Bearings

Has anyone heard of these bearings. I did a search and couldnt find anything about them. the reason why im asking is that i called a reputable machine shop here in abq and they said the bearings they normally use are revco. i dont know if im spelling the name correctly but that seems to be what he told me.

I wouldnt consider AC/Delco a cheap rebuild company. They are a true OE supplier for nearly all domestic cars. Its not as good as Bosch but its pretty good.

yea ive never heard of this company n i looked all over the internet for info about them. i just dont want to tell them to use oem bearings and they shaft me by using these ones since thats what they mainly use. i have talked to alot of people that live here in Albuquerque and they all use this machine shop so i figured i was just out of the loop about revco bearings but i geuss its just not me that havent heard about them.

well i just dropped my head off to the machine shop. i havent finished taking the tranny and block out of the car yet so i figured i would atleast get the head dropped off first. so while i was there i asked them a little more about these revco bearing and he said they are by clevette(spelling?) and they can only get them n one size. so i was like then whats the purpose in checking the clearance on the crank, rods n main if yall dont put in the properly sized bearings so i just told him im coming to the shop when they measure everything n i would just order oem bearings if need be.
