Default Reusing main bolts?

I know the standard rule of thumb is to not reuse head bolts, but what about main bolts? Is there a way to check it? I have a caliper to check if it stretched (if that is applicable in this case), but I don't think there is a spec for it in my manual.

This D16A1 I'm rebuilding had 226k miles on it, it's not a performance rebuild but rather a semi-reliable second vehicle.

Thanks.

buy some new ones and you'll never have to worry about them again. c'mon, the old ones have 226k on them, and they don't age like wine. buy some arps.

I don't think ARP has the main bolts for this engine, at least that is what the charts on their website say.

I will however get a set of honda ones. Thanks.
