Default Reusing brake pads with new rotors?

Can brake pads be reused when installing new brake rotors?

yes if it's not below the minimum thickness and is evenly worn on pad.

Even fine unnoticeable imperfections in the pads surface can case uneven braking and hot spots on your rotor break-in .... easy way to clean them pads up is too rub them on your cement floor, pick them up after a few good hard scrubs you should see highs and low ridges keep even pressure and keep surfacing away if it takes a long time there probably too far gone ..................
