Can thrust washers be reused?

Not likly, if there is no endplay.......

EDIT: if endplay is within spec's.

 

See, there's less than 1500 miles on the engine I tore down, so I figured I should be able to use them...

 

if the bearings look mint and the end play is good then do it up

 

you can reuse them..

 

Get new ones.
Do it right the first time

 

If they look like this, then definitely don't reuse them.
