what is the benifet of have titaniun retainers over stock and how do you mesure coil bind on your valve springs?
also when replacing valve and retainers should you replace the valve keepers or not?

Titanium is lighter so less chance of float and stronger so won't break. Coil bind can be tested when the valve is wide open by sliding a feeler guage between the coils. If guage won't go between the coils, your bound. If keepers look good, I'd reuse them. Your choice.
