Default Resurface Block?

If my motor has never been overheated, do i still have to resurface my block? or am I good to just put everything back together. also, the head is going to get resurfaced so I was jus woundering if the block had to be resurface for it to seal perfectly. Thanks.

No need. A good engine builder will measure the deck with a straight edge, then make the call. It won't be needed in your case.

have you checked you cylinders for roundness? flex(dingle berry) hones are mainly used to break the glaze on a good cylinder/
