Default Replacing synchros

Has anybody replaced the synchros in their B-series tranny? I have a YS1 tranny and third and fourth gears grind everytime I shift. Do I replace the synchros or the gears too? I don't feel like getting another tranny and I want to see if I could just fix the tranny I have. Anybody's help will be greatly appreciated.

it would not cost you very much more to buy a whole new tranmission. because its not going to JUST be the synchros, its going to be stupid gaskets and bolts that cost $80 a piece (ive looked into doing this for a while on my car)

i would say just get a newer, low mile transmission that come with a 60-90 day warranty or something.
