Default replacing one cam cap will this cause problems?

I know if you replace cam caps you should have the head aligned honed, but im wondering if i will be ok if i only do 1 and replace it with a brand new one. One of my valve cover bolts screws into one of them and where the valvecover bolt screws in on it is broken.
thanks

As far as I know there are still no "new ones" available. If the cap is incorrect it may seize to the cam. This would be a very bad thing.
