Replacing Fuel Injectors

I'm going to be replacing my fuel injectors this week on my D16Z6 and I've never done this before. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a how-to guide or if anyone has one they could lend out?

its fairly easy to do this...
theres 3 bolts holding the fuel rail.. (i think 10mm)
then unclip the injectors...
or you can just download a manual for your specific car...
