so replaced a bad headgasket, now when the car is warm and i take off the oil cap white smoke pours out. doing a compression test tomorrow but wanted to get some ideas before hand. car runs fine, no smoke coming out of the exhaust only the oil cap. coolant levels are still good and it didnt over heat when i let it run. maybe piston rings going bad? didnt even smoke like this when the head gasket was bad.
