repinning ecu plugs - how to?
The only way I've done it is to replace the whole plug with a good one and soder all of your wire. My buddy replaced the pins inside the plug but he had lots of doner harnesses to pull pins out of. If you like to work with really small stuff, then try replacing the pin. If not just take the extra time and do the whole plug. I think you can order those pins right from Honda.... You're gonna have to run into a parts guy that knows his/her **** though. Good luck.
on OBD2 ecu plugs, you have to pull off the internal white cap thats inside of the ecu plug in order to get to the ecu pins release tab.
One day, I'll have some how-to pics of how to pin-pull OBD2 ecu pins.

the ecu plugs dont have the white caps only the ones in the engine bay the ecu ones are a pain id do what nmhybriddog said because if its your first one youll end up breaking abunch of locks in the plug and have to do that anyway. im not talking down on you its just i did the first couple times i tried
It's kinda hard to describe... But I use jeweler's screwdrivers... like 2 bucks at radio shack (aka eyeglass scredrivers.)
There is a plastic locking tab, and you are pushing that "UP" and pulling the wire from behind.
