Default removing knock, need a plug?

if i remove my knock sensor on my 00 B16a2, will i need to plug the hole?

I`m not for sure, but I don`t believe you`ll need to plug that hole (atleast from a safety standpoint). No fluids or vacuum actually touch that sensor, so I *think* you`re safe there...

nah you'll be alright leaving it unplugged but it might be a good idea to put something over it like tape so dirt doesnt get in there....jus my 2 cents

I use a p28, so the knock is removed. However I just cut the wire and left the knock plug connected. Other than that, I would cover it up with something for sure.
