Default removing dizzy pins in conector, EASY QUESTION

just a quick question.
i have a obd2 dizzy that i want to convert to obd 1, how do i remove the pins from the connectors without wrecking the connectors??? is it possible?

i want to temporarily use my obd2 dizzy on a obd1 car with out cutting the wires or destroying the connectors

pull out the white plactic insert with needle nose pliers then from the front side of the connector use this [img] http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog...0.JPG [/img] and unlock the locking tabs from the pin then pull on wire carefully.
