It's pretty easy. Just a few bolts in the back and wah lah.
Bolts are under the carpet. Carpet is held by tabs at the top of the seats. (tabs are razor sharp so be careful) If you pull up from the seats to bend out the tabs a little you will have no problem taking the top carpet off. Then there are probable plastic plugs that also hold it to the sheet metal. you will want to pull them out with plyers becasue you can rip carpet if you pull them out by yanking at carpet. Then you will see the bolts holding the seatbacks. take out all bolts (6) and another from the side or the 2/3 seat. you will see what i mean when you get the 1/3 off. then there is one bolt and 2 hooks holding the bottom down... you will see what to do there when you get to it.
Umm, I'm not exactly sure what Brollo007 is talking about, maybe he has a 4-door sedan or something.
Anyway, there is one 10mm bolt for the rear seats to be taken out. Fold the seat backs down and on the sides toward the outside of the car, you can pull out these plastic tabs. Once they are out, you can slide the seatbacks toward the side of the car and out of the tabs in the center. You'll see what I mean when you do it, it's hard to explain.
Once the seat backs are out (they are connected to the carpet in the back, you can follow Brolli007's instructions for that part if you want to separate the carpet, otherwise you can take the carpet out with it as one piece)....err...once the seat backs are out, you'll see a center 10mm bolt holding the seat bottom to the floor. Unbolt that and the whole seat bottom piece will pull up. Pull hard and it'll pop out in three places. That's it, easy as that...and fish the seat belt buckle through it.
Good luck.
If you do indeed have a 4-door, I'm not exactly sure how.

I have a 3 door 91 LS Teg. There are 6 bolts holding my seatbacks to brackets and one holding the seat bottoms. My des. of the removal in correct however I guess it might not be the same for your car. I didn't notice you had such a new car... I guess it will probably be different.
