Removing the B16A intake manifold ?

Removing the B16A intake manifold ?
Can anyone scan a diagram of how to remove the B16A intake manifold ?
If not can someone tell me if the B16A manifold have the following connected to it :-
(i) an Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve
(ii) an Intake Air temperature (IAT) sensor
(iii) Fast Idle Valve
(iv) Idle Air Control (IAC) valve
Are these just mounted on the manifold and have a vacuum line or do the have a probe or some extension that is inserted inside the intake manifold ?
I am asking this because if i buy a Skunk 2 manifold or Indivisual Throttle Bodies do these have to be mounted onto the new unit or can they be mounted on the Chassis or some other part of motor or something ?
