removal of oil squirters.
Let me start by saying that I did search, but didn't see anything pertaining to this.
My set-up is a b18c block sleeved by golden eagle.
For some strange reason my oil squirters are missing (I removed them, but they got lost between my garage and my mechanics shop)...I was going to just plug the oil squirters (after doing some research on here) but my mechanic thinks I should keep them. His worry is that the wrist pins won't get lubricated because of the removal of the squirters. I'm asking for your guys oppinion on this subject.
Without the oil squirters will the wrist pins get enough lubrication?
It seems as though nobody has problems, just wanted to ask and maybe learn a bit.
Set-up
Golden eagle 81.5mm b18c1 block
wiseco pistons
eagle rods

The wrist pins will get oiling from a hole located in the oil ring groove.Golden Eagle has a squirter block off setup that will work for you.Or you can drill and tap them for a pipe plug if its not already cleaned and assembled.
