I have a 92 civic hatch with an h22a in it. The vehicle previously had a b18 in it and have a ref sticker for the b18. If I were to get it smoged without reffing it again I would have to have it passed as a b18 right?

Is there any website or phone number I can call to give the sticker number or vin number and make sure that the sticker is still valid.
