Default Red Line fluids to use???

I am taking my car to the Dealer next Thurs. (used to sell there and have alot of hook ups) to have the window regulator warrantied and going to pay my tech on the side to change the rear diff and Tranny with Red Line. Which one do I choose?
I see they have a few diff. types for each. I do not drag or hard launch the car,
just want to use the best stuff for it. Is Red Line a waste of money? I have heard nothing but great things about them. Tried to do a search using Red Line and tried fluids, but nothing came up. Thanks. (car is s2k)

i dunno what tranny fluid to use in s2k but in my civic, i just put in some redline mtl, i think its like 70-80 gear oil(says on the back) but it's called redline mtl, and i didn't think it would make a diff. but it really does, now it shifts alot smoother and goes into gear alot easier, i had trouble sometimes before going into first, it might have just been because it needed new fluid, old fluid was in there for 30k. redline makes good products. cheap tranny insurance at 6.99 a quart.

If you don't have any reasons to switch to an expensive fluid like redline, I wouldn't do it.

Honda MTF is EXCELLENT stuff.

I was told that using synthetic is alot better than the conventional stuff. I was watching Horsepower TV on TNN and they dynoed at Z28 (auto) before and after
using synthetic in the in diff, tranny, and engine, and the car gained 10 more hp per less friction. Again, I am not looking to drag or race the car, but definitely want to use synthetic fluids.

yea its the MTL, thats what we use.. by the way the s2ooo doesnt really need it, not like its making a **** load of hp, you might want to look into getting a new DIFF its going to go soon, man weve done soo many, well maybe that can be your reason to switch to MTL...

by the way KING MOTORSPORTS are a bunch of A holes, they are a rip off and they customer service is like walking into a ferrari dealer ship with ford escord and asking to take a extended test drive
