Default rebuild shocks

Can a bilstein hd shock be rebuilt , im not even sure if thats what they are they came on my car. Im pretty sure they came from neuspeed because the car has neuspeed springs , and swaybars. Im not sure what bilsteins they recommend with their springs.

man, normally the cost to get it revalved or rebuilt shock will cost just as must as getting a new one
