Default rebuild motor question.

at how many miles is it time to rebuild a honda motor? and what parts would be needed?

miles? it depends, maybe from 150K miles to 350K?
parts, not sure, but rings, bearings, maybe new oil pump, new water pump, i would do timing belt as well as timing belt tensioner and all the seals and gaskets.
