Rear sway bar
I have a daily driver 2000 Honda Civic EX Coupe lowered with an Eibach Pro-kit and Koni Yellow adjustable shocks.
A few years ago I bought a DC Sports upper strut bar. My current mechanic, a senior tech at the Honda dealership I work at who races his CRX, says that I should really invest in a rear sway bar to make my handling more neutral.
What mm size and brand do you guys suggest? Should I remove the front bar?
I love my employee discount.

No, don't remove the front bar. The only time to do that is if you run a really big rear bar, stiff as hell springs, and the car STILL understeers. At that point there is nothing to do in the back, so you soften the front. Some track cars do it, but you shouldn't.
I like the Comptech sway bar, but everyone else here likes to come up with a cheaper way to do it that involves 2 rolls of duct tape, some hot glue, zip ties and some kind of mounting kit. But they only do that after the first one rips out leaving a few tattered holes in their crossmember.
If you never plan to autox or road race, the Compech bar may be a bit much. It's nice because it's adjustable but it's pointless for a strictly street car.
Oh, and there's like 6 people who like the Suspension Techniques kit.
Cheers,
Roy

type-R front and rear perhaps? Cost effective and works well..... beware on the EK chassis, using a larger diameter such as the skunk2 MAY tear holes as someone above said. I havent heard of this with the type R
